What we collect
When you message or comment on one of our Facebook Pages or Instagram
accounts, Meta makes that content available to us through its APIs: your
public name or username, the identifier Meta assigns to you for our Page or
account, the text of your messages and comments, and their timestamps. On
this site itself, nothing is sent to analytics providers unless you accept
the cookie banner.
How we use it
To read and answer messages and comments. Some replies are composed by an
automated assistant; a conversation tells you when an automated assistant
is replying. To keep a record of what was said so we do not answer the same
message twice. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with Meta
(whose own terms and privacy policy apply to what you post there) and with
the hosting providers that run our systems.
Where it is kept and for how long
Message and comment records are processed and stored on systems operated by
Punvy Ltd. They are kept while the conversation is active and for up
to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can stop receiving replies by blocking the Page or account on Facebook
or Instagram. You can withdraw the access you granted to this application in
your Facebook settings (Settings and privacy > Apps and websites). You can
